Submission instructions for Full Papers
Full papers follow the conventional scientific publication format, with a maximum length of 10 pages. The SBE25 full papers will be published in a Special Issue of the online open-access journal IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science indexed in Scopus and Web of Science.
If your abstract is accepted, you may submit your full paper to SBE25 as follows:
You must submit the first version of your full paper by 2 March 2025.
Submission needs to be done through external page ConfTool. You must not use the IOP system to submit your paper.
You must use the template provided above to submit your full paper.

You will be notified about full paper acceptance and presentation format (if poster or oral presentation) by 10 April 2025.
If your full paper is accepted, you must submit the final version by 30 April 2025.
Submission instructions for Extended Abstracts
Extended abstracts are a shorter way to communicate your work, with a maximum length of 03 pages. The SBE25 extended abstracts will be published in the Conference’s online Book of Abstracts, with a corresponding DOI (Digital Object Identifier).
If you wish to submit an extended abstract to SBE25:
You must use the template provided above to submit your Extended Abstract.

You will be notified about extended abstract acceptance and presentation format (if poster or oral presentation) by 10 April 2025.
If your extended abstract is accepted, you must submit the final version of the extended abstract by 30 April 2025.
General Guidelines
The language of the conference is English.
Each registered participant is entitled to present up to two works, which may be full papers and/or extended abstracts. Participants may still be listed as co-authors on additional works, provided those works are presented by other registered participants.
The scientific committee will determine the presentation format for each work based on the contribution and complexity level.

Awards
One awarded paper will have the possibility to submit a full paper to external page Buildings & Cities with the open-access fee covered.
