Conference fees for SBE25
Below are the fees for participating in the SBE25 Conference, according to the registration period:
* The Day Ticket does not include the publication of accepted contributions in the proceedings or their presentation at the conference. For presenting and to be included in the proceedings, authors must choose a Full Conference ticket.
What is included:
Full Conference Fee for Delegates, Scientific Commitee and Students:
- unlimited access to all plenary and technical sessions
- Coffee-Breaks and Lunch
- Oral or poster presentation for accepted works
- City Ticket for Public Transport
- Welcome Apéro on Tuesday, June 24
- Conference Dinner on Thursday, June 26
- Site visits
- Open access publication of Full Papers in IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science (see details under Submission)
- Open access publication of Abstracts and Extended Abstracts in the SBE25 Online Book of Abstracts (see details under Submission)
Day Ticket Fee (available for one day of your choice):
- Access to all plenary and technical sessions for the selected day
- Coffee breaks and lunches of the selected day
- Site visits (if applicable, on 26.06.2025)
- Conference dinner can be added to the day ticket for CHF 200
General remarks
- Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the Conference Fees
- Student rates apply to all students, including PhD students. Conference organisers reserve the right to request proof of student status.
