Presentations
We’re excited about the upcoming presentations. To ensure a smooth and coherent experience for all participants, we kindly ask all presenters to adhere to the following guidelines and use the official templates provided.
Guidelines
Presentation Types and Timing
- Oral Presentations: 10 minutes, followed by a 3-minute Q&A session.
- Poster Spotlights: 1 minute, no Q&A.
- Posters: Presenters are expected to be available at their posters during the designated poster sessions. However, all posters will be displayed for the entire duration of the conference and will be situated near the coffee break areas to facilitate conversation and interaction among participants.
Templates and Formats
To ensure consistency in layout and branding, all presenters should use the official templates:
- Download Presentation template (PPTX, 7 MB)
- To ensure smooth operation and accessibility for all participants, presenters are kindly asked to minimize the use of external links, videos, or interactive content in their presentation files.
- Download Poster spotlight (PPTX, 300 KB)
- Download Poster template (PPTX, 386 KB)
- The mandatory poster format is A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm)
- Presenters should bring the posters printed to the conference. Please note that there is no possibility of printing at the conference!
- Posters should be handed over by the presenter at the registration desk.
Please review the provided templates thoroughly before uploading your materials.
Upload Instructions
Please upload your presentation files via external page ConfTool following these instructions:
- For your submission, click on "final upload"
- Scroll down and you will see a field for a 3rd file (pdf, ppt, pptx)
- Upload your file
- Save data
Please submit the presentation files by Monday, June 24, 2025 at 10:00 AM (Zurich time). After that, the system will be closed.
The PowerPoint upload format (PPTX) is preferred, but PDFs are accepted as an alternative. If you use PDFs, please consider that animations cannot be displayed!
